How in depth is a RICS Homebuyer Report?
Should they go as far as to check that all Water outlets in the property are functioning and advise of water pressure issues?
Have Googled and can’t find anything specific to taps and showers etc

and if you turn on the hot tap, you'll find out if the boiler works too.0

Understand it is a simple check - however we only checked at Tap Basin in Bathroom and Tap in kitchen - didnt think at time to check all outlets.
As part of RICS Survey is this something they would have checked on all outlets or is it a case of Buyer Beware - if we didn't check all taps ourselves its our responsibility.0 -
Doesn't the report give a clue about what they did or didn't check?0

You could go round for another look, or if you are particularly concerned about the plumbing, you could get a plumber to review the system. Most general surveys cover themselves by recommending a "specialist" survey0

Our water pressure is terrible and the homebuyer's report didn't mention it (from what I remember).2023 wins: *must start comping again!*0
