Am I On A Looser

Yes hello- question is can i still claim charges even though my account was passed to the recovery dept and the account closed.I have paid this all off now,and sent £10 to get my statements which showed when i was in credit
but only what i have put below as what i think is charges of £521 I think i should claim just this and not the intrest as it might be quicker and the fact that i wouldnt know where to start. Does anyone think i will win the £520 back.
Cheers.
JK

you can claim back any CHARGES the bank has put on your account for unpaid D/Ds or S/Os . It isnt clear from above wheter or not the amounts are charges or amounts that have simply bounced in your account ?
If they are charges then of course you have every right to claim back like everyone else is .

You can claim back for all the charges you've listed. You stand a very good chance of getting all these back.
