Amazingly, there are over 1000 of these. and they are called ROC posts.
Here is a map of them all, sorted a-z, and if you click on the names, most of them have pictures of the posts. Zoom into the map, and you will find one within a couple of miles of where you live.

Personally, I'd be weeping at the thought that it's a brand new bathroom by the look of it. Reason being that it needs tearing to shreds because of the awful colour of the tiles they used and what on earth possessed them to have a loo and washbasin in such different styles?
By the time I'd got upset at having to replaster a whole wall in a modern house (ie that lounge wall with built-in home entertainment) I think I'd probably take the view that if I was going to have to do that amount of work anyway, then I might as well buy an older house needing even more work (but at a cheaper price) iyswim.0 -
