Parcel2Go How long claim investigation

Parcel2Go lost my item recently and I uploaded all the details they required for a claim.

I uploaded the details last Wednesday but since then have heard nothing. Does it usually take this long or have they basically rejected the claim?

Parce2go are a broker - which company carried the parcel? It could take a while as P2G will need to talk to the carrier but it would be reasonable after nearly a week to contact them to ask about progress with your claim.

Hermes carried the parcel and have informed Parcel2go the item is missing.
