I just wondered if I could check to see what usual prices are for replacing a boiler with a Vaillant ecotech 835 green iQ?

I've been quoted 3300 for that plus an 80cm double radiator and upgrading pipework to 15mm from the meter to the boiler (approx 2m distance not far at all).

I see the boiler is around 1500.

Is the quote normal?
