Yes, my question is, if I keep making money within my Shares ISA will I have to pay any tax in ROI when I sell shares and withdraw money to my bank account.

I understand I cannot add funds to my ISA once I leave the UK.

Depending on where you go an ISA can be subject to tax in that country.

In other words, the fact that you're using an ISA is no longer relevant if you're not tax-resident in the UK; you're subject to the tax jurisdiction where you do reside, which may include not just capital gains tax on sales but also taxation of dividends and other income arising that would otherwise have been protected had you remained in the UK. You'll need to research taxation rules for ROI, unless anyone here is familiar with them....
