Sky Screwed Me Over - Action?

I was paying £76.99 a month.
£33 for:
Sky Entertainment (old package style)
Boxsets
HD
The above with another 9 months left on my contract with £16 worth of retention discounts.
Sky Cinema - £10 a month, new 18 mth contract started last month
£33.99 for Broadband and Line Rental.
I phoned to get Sports turned on and to see if Entertainment could be synced up so everything was on a new 18 month contract. I was hoping with the Sports added my Bill would be £85-£90 if they offered a good deal.
To my surprise she offered me Sports and Entertainment on a new 18 month contract for £40, plus £10 for Cinema I took out the previous month. And Broadband and Line rental for £23.99, so a new monthly total of £73.99, less than what we were paying but now with sports. I asked her to confirm 3 times that this was right and we would still get HD and Boxsets. She said all was OK.
But then I got the new bill from November (once everything had sorted itself out):
Still £33.99 for BB+Phone.
£5 extra for Kids, which we didn't want or ask for.
£5 extra for Boxsets.
£5 extra for HD.
A new total of £110.99.
Fuming!
I got back on the phone and they wanted to save me money by taking off the kids (fine) and HD and Boxsets (not fine).
When I asked them to put back everything the way it was they said:
A. Our previous entertainment package no longer exists.
B. Our previous £16 of discounts would be gone.
I've been totally screwed over by them. Can I do anything?

Phone them back and make a complaint. Get them to listen to the recording of the call. This would prove that you were quoted the figure and you acted on what was said.
