Liberty Stadium Swansea - match days

The complex beside the Liberty stadium in Swansea allows 2 ½ hours for parking - but only 90 minutes on "Match Days". The Liberty is home to both Swansea City and The Ospreys, usually on alternate weekends, sometimes not, sometimes weekday evening matches.
If you don't follow sport, how would you know when there was a reduced allowance, seeing as there is no notification of matches when you arrive. If you get a speculative invoice on the basis of staying for (say) 110 minutes on a match day and had no idea about the match, how could they reasonably pursue the claim?

Everyone is asked to read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread
Go there now to get an understanding of the game you are now caught up in
Ppcs don't stick to any normal rules/common sense etc
If you have received a PCN then follow the appeal advice you will find in the FAQ
If you have used your real name as your forum name then you need to get MSE to change it to something anonymous
The ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you0 -

Thank you for your concern, but if you followed your own advice and read things before pouncing you'd see I was making a general point, not asking about a specific incident.

You live in a terrible Court area for private PCN fighting, James_N.
Maybe if ever you have to defend one, you could be the person to make the scales fall from one of those clueless and seemingly biased Judges' eyes!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Maybe he does but its so easy to have a case heard at another court
I heard of a case involving a small parking operator suing someone and that person had the case allocated to the furthermost court north in England. Given the parking operator was dealing with its own case and was for a small sum decided not to pay the hearing fee0
