PCN from Highview Parking, Beacon Retail Park

Options
Hi all - doing this on behalf of a family member. Recently received a PCN from Highview Parking, while visiting Beacon Retail Park (Milton Keynes) as a legitimate customer of numerous shops there. Receipts to prove it!

I've read the NEWBIES thread and Highview Parking are a BPA member so i was going to use the suggested (blue) template. I've gone to the website (appealpcn co uk) listed on the back of the PCN. My question is about the very first screen, want to make sure i get every step correct. Before proceeding I have to tick either 'Confirm I was the the driver and details are correct' (certainly not confirming who the driver was) or 'Confirm I was not the driver or the PCN contains incorrect details' - I assume I have to click this option as I have no other choice, but don't really want to confirm anything?

Thanks for your help guys!

Yes, you tick that you were not the driver. Given the only two options are those, you if you want to state in the appealk you were forced to pick from those two, neither of which suited the situaiton.

Thanks for clarifying - I was 99% sure but is nice to get some confirmation.

Hi All, not posted here before so not sure I am asking in the correct place but today I received a PCN from Highview Parking for overstaying in a TESCO carpark. After ticking I was not the driver I copied and pasted the template 'I am appealing as the keeper and ONLY Schedule 4 Of the POFA (or evidence of who was driving) etc etc" in the 'Further Information' box. My question is was this the correct place for me to insert this template and if not could someone please advise where I should have put it. Thank you all in advance and sorry if I have posted in the wrong place x

Sounds perfect. Expect a cancellation next week, or in January if Highview are on their hols.

Great outcome. :T. Not quite fast enough to beat the forum record of a cancellation within 2 hours, but you’ve got rid of potentially 6 years of crap from HV and their lackey debt collectors.

    Happy New Year. :)

I overstayed twice in a TESCO carpark within a month of each other, I honestly didn't see the time restrictions, I know now though .. oops. I got my first PCN overturned thanks to all you guys. Today I have just received the 2nd PCN so I have submitted my appeal at 11:43am. Eagerly sat waiting now to see if I can get this one overturned too. Keeping everything crossed
