Charge from UKCPM and says appeal was unsuccessful and now have to pay £100.
I have read the newbie page but am unsure of what to do next.
unfortunately I made an appeal before I found this site.
any help would be appreciated and can provide other information if needed.

This is covered in the FAQ
After an initial appeal to IPC companies is rejected you ignore everything except a lbcca or Court correspondence
They have 6 years to start legal action against you
Come back for advice on how to deal with this at that time if it arises0 -
Thanks for the fast response.
That is how I read it, my uncertainty was that I do not want to be taken to court as I admitted to being the driver in my appeal.
6 years is a long wait it seems easier to just pay the charge or is that just my fears?
Should I appeal to the IAS?0 -

only want money. They belong to the IPC which is now
the biggest scam in the UK, set up by Gladstones solicitors
No point in appealing to the IPC they only have the interests
of their scammers, UKCPM at heart

What 'worries' you about court? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
