This is covered in the FAQ

After an initial appeal to IPC companies is rejected you ignore everything except a lbcca or Court correspondence

They have 6 years to start legal action against you

Come back for advice on how to deal with this at that time if it arises

    Thanks for the fast response.

That is how I read it, my uncertainty was that I do not want to be taken to court as I admitted to being the driver in my appeal.

6 years is a long wait it seems easier to just pay the charge or is that just my fears?

Should I appeal to the IAS?

UKCPM are known scammers so they will reject, they

the biggest scam in the UK, set up by Gladstones solicitors

No point in appealing to the IPC they only have the interests

Your fear is precisely what scammers prey on.

    What 'worries' you about court?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Please read up on this as advised in #2!

This is all covered by the FAQ.

If you had taken the trouble to do so you would know the futility of appeals to IPC companies!

#4 in the FAQ covers debt collectors stage

It's not too onerous to ignore them!!
