SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many ups and downs, partner in tears, agents not chasing information, will it wont it...


8 weeks on, yesterday the "buyers, buyer" had pulled out, chain collapse, then by 5pm, its possibly back on...


Wont be doing this in a rush again...


Praying for exchange by 22nd and complete by 5th????

    The trick is not to become so emotionally involved.

    Easier said than done.

    There are an incredibly large number of variables involved in the house buying/selling process, and there are probably only a few that you might be able to control.

    Yep I sympathise

    Lost my intended house 3 times because 2 buyers dropped out
    on buyer 3 now and I think I might have a sale (fingers crossed) might even move into rented before I look for a new house because i,m so tired of chains :(

    I swore they would have to bury me in the garden since the trauma was such I'd never move again. 30 years later, its nearly worn off :D
