How can I sue B&Q

Options
I have a dispute with B&Q which they're ignoring and I want to take them to the small claims court. Does anyone know how I can do that in NI? Do I sue a store, their installations department in Mallusk or do I have to sue an address in England?

I've e-mailed them. Hoping there might be a few wise heads in here.

On the claimant notes for completing the form it says you can use the registered address or the address of the store where the item/s were bought.

Have you started the form ?

Consumer rights act is pretty explicit and largely in favour of the consumer -Anything outside that and you will have a very difficult time trying to make an argument. The company managers will be well aware of the legislation. If they are "ignoring" you it maybe for a good reason.

Email your complaint to the B&Q Chief Executive.
