How can I sue B&Q

I have a dispute with B&Q which they're ignoring and I want to take them to the small claims court. Does anyone know how I can do that in NI? Do I sue a store, their installations department in Mallusk or do I have to sue an address in England?

call Citizens Advice Bureau?0

Consumer rights act is pretty explicit and largely in favour of the consumer -Anything outside that and you will have a very difficult time trying to make an argument. The company managers will be well aware of the legislation. If they are "ignoring" you it maybe for a good reason.0

Email your complaint to the B&Q Chief Executive.
