    Try Hola or touch extension for Firefox. I personally use Touch it works better for me.

    I'm not quite sure what you're asking but to use a VPN extension on Firefox you first decide which provider you are using and then install their extension by searching for it here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/.

    I am using NordVPN extension on Firefox and it works well. There is no configuration really, you just install it, sign it and then connect.

    Last year two VPNs - Surfshark and ExpressVPN - had their browser extensions audited by an independent cyber security experts and received positive feedback, these might be the first to check for Firefox

    Tools->AddOns->search-> "VPN"


    Long list there with those that are free indicated. The "webrtc" addon on might also be of some use depending on what you use.
