Lost Days At Work

I WORK IN THE TYRE INDUSTRIE, WE ARE LOOSING DAYS AT WORK CURRENTLY A WEEK A MONTH AND GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY.
WE ARE NOT GETTING PAID FOR THESE DAYS. I HAVE A HOUSE WITH A MORTGAGE A WIFE AND TWO KIDS. WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW CAN I CLAIM ANYTHING FOR THE DAYS I'M LOOSING?
