Purchased a Galaxy Active 1 watch direct with Samsung online earlier this year and paid on my credit card.

Part of the promotion was a free Samsung Powerbank. Here is the link to the promotion. (https://www.samsung.com/uk/watchactive-preorder/)

Powerbank was receive sometime in late April or early May. Found an email from Samsung on the 18th April saying it would be sent in the next 7 days. It has now developed a fault where it won't hold any charge.

Been past from pillar to post with Samsung, but appears it only comes with a 30 day warranty from when it is received. Before giving it up and throwing it in the bin - Any consumer rights advice?
