Quidco - I hope you can help chase up several claims i've got through your site on hotels.com - all have claims raised against them and total approx £506, yes £506 in due cashback!!

I've been getting monthly quidcare updates, the last one is pasted below:

We're sorry that your cashback from Hotels.com is taking longer than we would normally expect, based on this retailer's statistics on our site.

Please be assured that we're doing all we can to hurry this along for you, as we like our customers to get their cashback as quickly as possible.

Once your cashback is received your purchase will update to "confirmed" status in your Activity Page.

Once again please accept our apologies for this delay.

    Kind regards,

    Quidcare

I've been very patient on this and really hope you can chase this up for me and restore my faith.

If you need any details from me, just ask.

    Thanks

    Good afternoon,

Can I please remind everyone that we cannot give answers specific to your account on this forum, but we can give general advice and direct you to the right place on the Quidco website, if you need doing so. I will proceed to answer your questions below.

@jgee We give advice on clearing your cookies before you visit the Quidco site to make a purchase, for this reason. If a retailer cannot trace your purchase back to Quidco, then we will not receive any commission for it and unfortunately we cannot pass on what we do not receive.

@kanimisso99 The best way of contacting us is to go to this LINK and select “my question is not covered above” from the drop down menu. This will open a blank ticket for you to write to the team and they will be able to chase this up for you.

@andrea_louise Can I ask you to raise a ticket regarding this? The team will be able to give you a full update, but if you wish to speak to me directly, please write ‘FAO Leanne’ at the start and they’ll pass it to me when they receive it.

@milliondollarman76 If you can raise a ticket on the link I supplied above for kanimisso99 the team will be more than happy to take a look for you.

@mcowan77 If you receive the decline reason “Another marketing channel has been credited for the sale” then this is a reply we receive from the retailers affiliate network, it could mean that another referrer has been credited, or that there is no referral fee to be paid as the order was made directly with the website. Either way, we will receive no commission for this sale and will not be able to pass any on.

@Kite2010 There have been no reported problems with the app. I’m afraid that if it is just yourself who is experiencing this then it is more likely to be a problem with your handset. Does it have an update due?

@SheedysVSign We cannot follow up specific accounts over this forum, but the team would be more than happy to take a look at this for you if you can raise a ticket. The link to do that is above.

I hope you all enjoy your Easter weekend, we will be back after the bank holiday to answer further questions.

    Many thanks,

    Leanne :)

    Hello,

I ordered SKY through quidco last week and was told I need to submit a claim to get the cashback. The claim form asks for my order number but I have no such number on any correspondence from SKY.

Does anyone know where to find this order number?

    Thanks.

Are QVC still on Quidco? I wanted to make a purchase but couldn't find QVC. I used a different cashback site in the end but just wondered if QVC were no longer a Quidco merchant.

    Hi,

I raised a claim on 19th September 2012 with Super Casino. I contacted Quidcare and I have had several updates stating that this is being looked in to etc.

Now I can not find Super Casino on quidco's website. Have they left your company and can you ow confirm that I will not be getting the £50 cashback as stated?

You should have an email titled "Important - confirmation of your Sky order" and both the order number and your account number should be in there.

Can anyone tell me how it works with Virgin Media? I ordered on 10th February and it tracked fine. But today it has updated again but is still tracked.

Will it confirm once I've paid my first bill? I had it installed at the end of March.

I opted in and qualified for the "get your cashback paid early" promotion. How does it actually work? I don't see that it's made any difference to my purchases...

Just to update in case anyone comes across the same problem.

Not one letter or email I had from Sky contained an order number, only my account number. I emailed Sky who told me they do not have order numbers, only account numbers.

After a few exchanges on Twitter with Quidco they have put my claim through and told me they are waiting for Sky to process it and go back to them. Whether it goes through after all this and I get my cashback is another thing.
