Hi All,


Whats the best way to raise a complaint against a service failure by EE? ( not one off there fob off internal processes unless I have to )


Whos the industry body for them and how long do they get etc?

    I'd phone or email. Find out how to escalate to Director level.

    The regulator is OFCOM.

    You could try Resolver.

    I did quite well with them. Complained via them about EE having an unusable service within my workplace and they agreed to let me me walk early from the contract. This was after they'd turned me down once before and had tried throwing everything else they could offer to keep me.
