I have seen better bathrooms in properties costing 1/60th of the asking price (£71k)!!!!

I can't see a sofa problem, but the exercise bike in an already cramped kitchen is a bit silly, unless someone wants to lose the calories as they consume them. Or maybe it's hooked up to a generator......;)
I'd not want a breakfast bar which gave me such a good view of the sink either.
The ovens are easily explained: two large ovens rather than one large + one small is fairly common, as there's not much price difference. The third is probably a steam oven and the fourth a microwave.
They shouldn't really be housed together like that, because of heat dissipation problems, but now I'm getting boring! :rotfl:0 -
