    Quick question the POC states land xxxxxx with post code which is different to mine would I state this or just ignore it and state is parked in bay xx at my address

    Also email it to ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk correct with subject defence statement and claim number ?

    Do I attach as a 1 pdf with my signature?

    also my car park space is number bay eg.7 outlined in my title plan in colour but no mention of this number in lease only states as "parking space "

    is this allocated ?designated ?

    HI London2587,

    I am also going to court against Ace.

    I sent my defence as 1 pdf and the file name of the PDF as the claim number. That email address is the correct one.

    At the bottom I said 'I believe the facts contained in this Defence Statement are true' then signed and dated it.
