Hi,

I was advised back at the end of April that I would be made redundant mid August.

Any advise?

    Keep your new job secret.

    What is your notice period(company to you).

    Untill they put you on notice you have a job.

    Right upto the last day they can withdraw redundancy.

    You need to understand counter notice.
