Hi, haven't been here for years and wasn't expecting to need you again! However, after my DRO finished in June 2018 I didn't expect to hear from any of my old creditors again but have just received a letter from a collector, instructed by my original loaner to discuss my outstanding debt. How should I deal with this. Advice please!

Hi,
A simple, short letter informing the collector of your DRO, and the fact this debt was included in it, and that they have no remedy whatsoever against you, is all that should be required.
Hopefully you have kept your DRO paperwork, enclose a copy as evidence.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
