i think i will open a beer and have a smile the house now belongs to me feeling chuffed

    Make £13,968.47 in overpayments in 2024,save £15,000 for water system

    thanks a lot all, looking back 28 years crickey lol im glad im not starting off now with a mortgage, times were very hard when i was young and stupid missing payments etc but got there in the end and a lot wiser

    anyway all good luck its worth it in the end its like wakening up this morning and finding out you won the lottery still on a high today
