Hastings direct car insurance...losing the will after they offer me a low value on my car after total loss and just been informed they won’t be paying the storage bill...brilliant...so I’m now down in total £2645.00
Best of all, several attempts to contact my case handler results in being passed to different departments and messages and emails go unanswered...what do we pay our insurance for..anyone care to tell me.. rant over 😤
