There's no timescales, it depends on backlog in your area. expect between 2-8 weeks.

It's a good idea to chase up the DWP after, say, 4 weeks. Some MR's seem to get "lost" by the DWP.

Did you do a written MR? And have you kept a copy?

Are you aware that (assuming the decision is unchanged at MR stage) you may be able to get your ESA payments resumed when your appeal is lodged at the Tribunal Service.
