Bought a mini PC Intel i5 plus screen in Feb, took about 3 weeks between ordering and delivery. It worked out of the box. Never had an issue with it. Ordered a second one for my mum, it took only 10 days to be delivered, again it works as expected, I've only once called their support number because I forgot to select an option during the order. They were quick to answer, understood the issue and gave me clear instructions on how to resolve it.
I would recommend them, and would use them again

Having issues with 'Pcspecialists ltd' right now!! I have mailed them 4 times and had 2 auto reply's but that is it! I did have a reply when I approached them on FB but the guy wasnt to happy about contacting them on there!

I can only comment on my issue with them and I will not be using them again and will be posting a warning to all I know.

Call them, its the best way, the number is on their website.

It wasn't the best way for me. I called them several times and got no satisfaction for the problem I mentioned earlier.

They dealt with your problem because you were placing an order. ;)

    Hi all,
I ordered and bought a high spec laptop approx 12 months ago.
I reported issues with the fan and alarms to support and received a reply similar to another post asking me to remove the undercover etc... I said it is under warranty and I dont expect to be a PC specialist Technician. They offered me to have it mailed to them but the lead time was 3 weeks. It is my main business tool and as i travel 2/3 of the month it wasn't an option. I lived with the issues and accepted the situation. After 8 months started showing signs of ware on the mouse pad although most of my work is down with an external mouse via Bluetooth. Paint completely coming off. Notified them and sent images. They were willing again to receive the laptop and stated lead time similar 3 weeks.
Bottom Line - For what I paid I expected a much higher quality of build. I still go back to my previous laptop - Dell (approx 4 years old) and can not fault it. Next one is definitely a Dell!

I'm on my second PCspecialist custom built PC and haven't had any problems with them.
The only time I had anything to do with a warranty claim was when one of the USB sockets failed. I contacted them and they gave me the option of having the PC collected and they would fix it or they would send me a replacement USB card for me to install. (this is the option I chose).
There was no requirement for me to return the faulty card and they simply took my word that the fault existed.

My PCspecialist laptop bought in June of 2015 was a disaster from the start. In the end I sent a letter to MD of the company gives a potted history of the sorry saga and the problem was never resolved, I had to provide a bodge myself to continue using the machine. I would discourage any but specialist users who might be more tolerant of poor user interfaces and support to avoid this company and buy from a known supplier. I have had many laptops in the past and have not had cause to return them. This machine I had to return at least five times, once at my own expense, and still the problems were not fixed.
