IPad 1 will not let me send reviews for Tripadvisor or similar sites

I have an old IPad 1. It will not allow me to send reviews to TripAdvisor or similar sites. why is this happening. Do I need to change the settings. If so which ones.

    I post all the information and when i try to send a message saying HTTP required and then the review disappears.

    Standard Safari web browser or something else?

    I still have my first iPad ( iPad 2). I found that when trawling the internet it was slowing up a hell of a lot . I ended up having to get an iPad mini 4 last year,and so far so good .
    I tried setting the old iPad 2 , to factory settings and even paid for more storage @79p a month.
    What I didn't do though, was go through the preferences on safari.
    Disabling cookies etc. Not sure if you can do it on an iPad ,like you can do on a Mac . Other than that, I'm sorry I have no idea.

    To be fair, the OP doesn't look to be a technically-minded person so probably doesn't know what information needs to be supplied until someone asks.

    I have an iPad 1 and very few websites work properly on it due to it not being able to run up to date versions of any web browser.
