    I tried it on my smartphone. I can see the question, but when I answer and click submit, it redirects to a page that says 'page cant be found'.

    sorry to bump. I logged in using facebook, hit F5 and the question appeared

    When I hit F5 after logging in, it just logs me out and then in again and the question still doesn't appear.

    I used the log-in button at the top of the page rather than the one under the comp, and the question appeared.

    Me neither. I have searched the NME site for a contact email, but as far as I can see, none of the ones listed are for the website.

    I have sent a bunch of tweets, but they are not responding, so far.
