Smartstamp log in link? Anyone have it?

There is a log in on my 1) SmartStamp screen but when I click it, it goes to a holding page.
I can get into a 2) SmartStamp account on the RM website - but although they have the same log in details it seems to be a different account.
The 1) SmartStamp account has all of my transaction history since I started and my card details.
The 2) SmartStamp account does not have anything other then my details and the purchases I have made since using this link and the 1) account link not working.
So I am looking for the link to the usual SmartStamp account. I was wondering if anyone had it bookmarked please.
So annoying, at the moment I cannot get anything via the SmartStamp software!!

Smartstamp has major issues at the moment, its all a bit hit and miss.
I loaded my account this morning no problem, went to smartstamp, ordered postage, pressed print, money taken from blance, ooops server error.
Spent all day trying to get them on phone and finally five minutes got through.
They are really helpful and refunded the missing postage and advised that I'd be safer going to the Post Office for now as the system is progressing but very slowly and she couldnt say if or when it will be 100% working again.0 -

Smartstamp customers are charged £5.99 a month to use the system this is probably why we are being compensated.0

No, read your link again. Only those debited twice at the weekend are going to be compensated. I've not even checked my bank statement to see if I have been charged twice but I've not had any money back yet.
We also pay £6 a month to be able to use Smartstamp and, at present, they have my card details on file and I cannot even access those details. So where are they??
I am not after the £25 I want the link to be able to log on to be honest. So are they fixing it so we can access our smartstamp accounts then?0 -

Well i topped up my account today , but for some reason it took this twice from my card, but not even p[laced anything on my account.
regardless if smartstamp customers pay a monthly fee those that use the online postage have funds in their account to print postage, but cant use this so they should also be compensated as RM admit a problem with onlie postage accounts and smartstamp accounts.0
