    This episode of MMR was one of the few I managed to sit and watch "live" and remembered it today when I discovered that I have been overpaying Scottish Power for three years.

    I learned today that when my meter was replaced after a fuse box burned out three years ago that the wrong figures were put into the new meter and I have been paying highly ever since icon8.gif

    I am now due a substantial refund and on Martin's advice am going to claim interest and some compensation icon12.gif

    And then I will do what I should have done ages ago and sign up for my billing online and keep a much closer eye on it! icon11.gif
