Are you entitled to the above if one of you is on contribution esa support group and partner claims carers allowance for child?

It’s honesty always worth googling these types of things. A quick google took me to the government page on the topic and told me:
If you are not currently working
You may still be eligible if your partner is working, and you get Incapacity Benefit, Severe Disablement Allowance, Carer’s Allowance or Employment and Support Allowance.0 -
Is the partner working though?
I read is OP gets ESA and partner claims carers allowance. No mention of either one working.0 -
