    You're right they are the default funds that I was put on. I take it aged 30, with 35-40 years to go, would be long haul, so could chance a higher risk/reward fund?
    That's the normal kind of advice you will get at your age . To have a 100% equities fund if you feel brave or 80% anyway . You will see more volatility but history shows a very good possibility that you will win over the long term .
    The default funds are a bit more safety first .

    Thanks for that. I was contemplating swapping it for a bit more risk/reward. I recently opened VLS 80% so similar level would have been what I would aim for.
