Windows 10 May Update Issue

I was trying to run the install of the May update on windows 10 when I got an error which state the following:
update the Intel® RST drivers for your device to version 15.5.2.1054 or a later.
Which is apparently an issue with some intel driver and windows. Until it is fixed the update wont load. Needless to say the assumption is that all users are roacket scientists as the linked page baffles the s**t out of me. Has anyone experienced this and found a sensible webite that explains what to do?

I only know this because someone elsewhere had the same problem, so credit to him if it works. The answer was to download the Intel Driver & Support Assistant. Install and run it. Let it update the drivers. Windows 10 update worked after that.

Mine does the same, apparently my PC doesn’t even have any RST drivers or devices.
I was also baffled by the intel driver update page.
Very tempted to just ignore it as it doesn’t appear to be causing me any issues0 -
