    What are the ACTUAL readings - were they taken by you or Smart meter - or ESTIMATED.

    Estimates. To be fair they're trying to sort my account out that's been in a mess for the last 2 years but thought this one a bit crazy even for them.

    As you say Estimates - I presume you haven't been giving your own readings - recipe for disaster.

    No I was giving readings but my whole account has gone to pot to the extent I have 2 account numbers and they've changed readings on my account and if I was to put a reading in today I will have used 1400 units since yesterday. They do say they are trying to sort it , to be honest I have my doubts. Even the 2 accounts are on 2 different tariffs it's a complete mess. Let's see if it get's sorted.
