doing a lone home f2f PIP assessment - help

Hubby of 44 yrs died in Feb & till then, despite a lot of medical issues I kept working till he died. Got arthritis in both knees n hips n left knee needs replacing which i can't do cos cancer first which is stage 2. Diabetes, hypertension n anxiety. Cos hubby was ill we had leave our own home of 30yrs n come in sheltered housing. I was his carer for 31/2 yrs. Now trying finish work ill health cos so ill myself. Cancer treatment & anxiety floored me. Cos Im only 4 yr from retirement they will think Im swinging the lead. The pain and suffering is killing me. Baby grandson also near death in coma, autistic son, his daddy, isn't coping. Daughter comes up as much as possible but in between I live alone and struggle. CAB got me a home assessment but no one to be with me. No idea what questions I face or what do or say. Can anyone help advise me please?
