Buyer cancelled order, will I get defect ?

Hello,Can you tell me which is the correct way to refund as buyer bought, then 15 mins later, changed their mind, not sure if I cancel and refund whether this would give me a defect or not ?? Many thanks.
Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:
