I keep my social media quite private.
If I'm in a group with a world / globe icon next to it, and i like a picture from the group, will it show on others feed or notifications?
From what I understand because it's a public group, your friends can see any interaction with it.

Yes is the simple answer.
If you don't want the world and his dog to know you 'liked' a picture of a bunny with a pancake on his head that was posted to a public (key word) group, then don't 'like' the picture.0
