Yes.
Have a look at that marriage certificate thingummy - it doesn't require you to share an address.
I know the old common law marriage myths remain, despite MSE trying to educate people away from fairy tales (like "my family will repay my loan") but really OP, the only place you won't be married is in the grave or on the far side of the divorce process.

I would have thought the cost of running a second home would far outweigh the (unlikely) retention of any benefits, unless the second home was a shed down the bottom of the garden:rotfl:0 -

Yes you will still be legally married but there's a financial snag in that I think if you both live in separate owned (rather than rented) properties and one of them is subsequently sold you will have to pay capital gains tax at around 30% of any profit made made, over and above your capital gains tax allowance which I think is currently around £11,000.
You are only allowed to sell one marital nominated primary residence tax free.0
