I don’t even know if this is genuine, so I’m here for some help!

I had an email from Zavvi this morning saying I’ve won a VIP trip for 2 to the Champions League Final in Madrid on 1st June.

I’m not sure if it’s real - the email address looks ok-ish. It’s from an @n.zavvi.com

    Yeah I posted on the Chat page, and a few folk got back to me, it's a genuine email but wrongly sent to loads of people, it's on their Twitter and Facebook pages that it's an error. Who knows what will happen.

    I was gutted being a Liverpool fan.
    Thanks to all the competition posters.

    I received this as well, skipping round the office, and saying brilliant, to then find out it is a total mistake... heads will roll and we will be demanding compensation for this...

    I got the same email too, but was very sceptical in the first place. Do we know what Zavvi's plans are now? Is there any kind of competition law that they have to adhere to? I think many of their customers will be requiring compensation (from the comments on their social media pages)!
