    I hate scam artists... The best we can do is stay vigilant and not opt for "too good to be true" offers.

    If it looks too good to be true....

    That is such a true expression. Why would someone offer a luxury villa at a substantially reduced rate and ask for 'bank transfer' payment. Alarm bells should be ringing!!
