Hi,
Sorry for the delay in replying but I've been caring for my Dad since his stroke in December and haven't had time to log in and thank you all.
My hearing was on the 14th of Feb and I won!
Gladstone’s only sent their witness statement to the court 2 days before the hearing, the judge said as they hadn't bothered to adhere to the timelines of 14 days like I had it wasn't admissible as evidence.
They asked for the right to appeal but the judge said it still wouldn't be admissible and having read both statements it would be unlikely they would win anyway so denied them the chance and that was it I was out within 30 minutes.0 -
