Hi,

The tv is about 2 years old and have an e-receipt.

I have a home contents policy including accidental damage with AXA and never made a claim before , my question is if I make a claim for my tv accidental damage what are the procedures and options after I make the claim ?

Thank you

I cant see any problem as long as you are truthful but just weigh up the future rise in premiums over the next five years and whatever excess you have on the policy against the replacement cost of the TV.

Is your policy 'new for old'?
