The writing has been on the wall for a couple of months for this one. Hopefully the customer transfer will go smoother, due to their small size, than the last couple of relative biggies.

Usio was only a small supplier (~ 7000 customers I believe) that went bust in October. My final bill is still not sorted due to disputes over opening/closing read with First Utility who took over the accounts -so being small may not help:(0 -
It's disappointing to see challenger suppliers go under but, it seems to me, that any supplier who can't survive one of the mildest of winters was never in with much chance of making it in the long term. Better to have failed now, while the number of customers is small, than later when the likes of the Economy Energy fiasco would loom.
With spring approaching fast, and lower consumption on the way, this is probably as good a time as any for a supplier to fail as far as its customers are concerned.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
