ordered a daisy sleigh bed befor christmas. Due for delivery first week in the new year. Week befor delivery i recieved an email to say that they had been trying to get in touch and my phonewas not being answered. I phoned them as they asked and gave them my no (again, 2nd time )and they informed me that the bed was out of stock but would be delivered the following week. That was ok, Another email asking me to contact them urgently as they had been trying to get in touch. Thought, another cancellation. Phoned and no it wasn;t a cancellation but a confirmation that the bed would would be there on the specified day. Again i gave them my phone no.
Came the day, no bed, no information. Phoned again and was told the bed was cancelled because it ws out of stock.
cannot believe in this time of competition that Argos coulc be so inefficent.
I cancelled of course and have oordered a similar one which was quite a bit cheaper. It came in 2 days
