MSE credit club

I’m confused. Received my latest credit score which is very good- nearly excellent. My chance of getting a credit card is something like 77% but states that credit card and loan areas are “very weak” Tried to find out why and it says something about poor affordability but we have a decent disposable income?? Also how would they k me what my disposable income is from simply my income and mortgage payment? What are they basing that poor disposable income on and how do I fix it?!

Comments

  • The scores are made up so just ignore those.

They are making assumptions about your disposable income.
  • I wouldnt put much faith in MSE as a CRA repeater...ive made them aware twice now that my report is only showing 1/4 of actual debts and is giving false information as in not showing everything.

Oh well at least i now feel important with a 999 credit score.:D
