Viagogo - sold tickets but it says they must be posted minimum 7 days before

Is this ever a problem? Usual thing I don't actually have the tickets and dont know when they will be posted to me.
I notice viagogo site says they must be posted to buyer at least 7 days before or you have to pay for them?
Is this ever a problem? Generally, how long before do tickets get sent? (This is for next May)

It varies from event to event i've order tickets and had them in a week for an event not due for months but I have order them in the past well in advance and they haven't turned up until the week before the event
I know that ticketmaster state not to contact them about missing tickets until at least 5 days before the event or 5 days before you travel if attending an event further awayFirst Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -
Easy way to stop re-sales. Send tickets out 3 days before....0

Hi just curious to know if you were able to send the tickets on time and if viagogo actually paid you as a lot of people are complaining about not being paid0
