    HMRC has a glitch:-
    1) Denies there is a problem.
    2) Claims it affects only a few people.
    3) Investigates and solves the problem in 7 days

    meanwhile....
    The "SEARCH" function on MSE forums has a glitch
    1) See above
    2) See above
    3) Fourteen days later and no solution in sight.
