  • Correct. Note that LT currently waive the 4% charge - but the fact that it is documented on the KIID and could be imposed in future means that Halifax/Lloyds/iWeb deem it not to meet their criteria.

    If it is suitable for the objectives then yes.
    If it not suitable for the objectives then no.

    At just £800, if that is all that can be afforded then probably not on the basis of capacity for loss.

    not before you pay off the credit card.

    If you put money in regularly in a tax advantaged account then it would be worth it. If this is a one of off thing then better just to spend it
