Correct. Note that LT currently waive the 4% charge - but the fact that it is documented on the KIID and could be imposed in future means that Halifax/Lloyds/iWeb deem it not to meet their criteria.

If it is suitable for the objectives then yes.
If it not suitable for the objectives then no.
