    GDPR is the process of knowing what data you hold, why you hold it, who has access to it, who needs it, when/how you remove it, what you need it for and what you will do with it.

    You can have their inside leg measurement if you can document why you need it and the customer agrees to you having it.

    There are no cut and dry rules as such, it is down to interpretation.
