GDPR what is it?

I’ve come across several hurdles at work and as a customer regrading GDPR. Is there any clear document that spells out what it is and how a customer/business needs to respond?

    GDPR is the replacement excuse for elf'n'safety when not wanting to do something. It's in every modern manager's repertoire.
